Your new company
Hays Education are working with a range of primary schools across Coventry. These are schools we have built strong relationships with, known for their positive environments, supportive staff teams and effective senior leadership.
They place a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing and creating a collaborative working culture, where teachers feel supported in their roles. Many of the schools also benefit from smaller class sizes, enabling a more personalised approach to teaching and learning, and allowing staff to build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils.
Your new role
We are currently recruiting for a number of long‑term teaching roles across Coventry, starting in September. These opportunities include maternity cover and job‑share positions, offering consistency and stability throughout the academic year.
Roles are available across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and preference. Successful candidates will take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, delivering and assessing lessons, as well as contributing to the wider life of the school.
These positions would suit teachers who are looking to secure a longer‑term role where they can fully embed themselves within a school and make a sustained impact.
