Location: Cardiff
Salary: £25,000 - £28k
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As Sales Administrator, you will provide vital support to the Head of Business Development and wider sales team, ensuring the smooth coordination of ongoing projects and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the sales and business development team with day-to-day administration
Coordinating and managing works in progress
Maintaining accurate customer records and job files
Identifying tender opportunities through online procurement portals
Assisting with telesales activity and business development initiatives
Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers
Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficientlyAbout You
Previous sales administration or general administrative experience
Strong IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
A positive and proactive approach to work and personal development
A full UK driving licence held for a minimum of two years
The ability to successfully pass a DBS check
Experience within the security industry would be advantageous but is not essential.What's on Offer?
