About the Role
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and organised Sales Administrator to join a growing business. Working closely with Account Managers, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and quotations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
*
Support Account Managers with the day-to-day management of customer accounts.
*
Produce quotations, process orders, and monitor deliveries.
*
Assist with administrative tasks that support the wider sales process.
*
Act as the first point of contact for general customer enquiries.
*
Maintain accurate sales records and input key data and metrics.
*
Ensure all information is processed accurately and efficiently.
Skills and Experience
*
A strong desire to build and develop a career in sales or account management.
*
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential.
*
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
*
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*
Confident working with data and maintaining accurate records.
