Are you organised, detail-focused and ready to develop your career in Human Resources?

A supportive HR team is looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to help deliver a smooth and professional employee experience. This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure across HR administration, onboarding, recruitment support and day-to-day people processes.

The Role:

• Coordinate onboarding activities, including new starter documentation and induction arrangements

• Maintain accurate employee records, including new joiners, leavers, holiday and absence information

• Respond to general HR queries from employees, managers and candidates

• Support recruitment activity through interview coordination and assessment day administration

• Prepare HR correspondence, reports and documentation while supporting wider HR projects

Person Requirements:

• At least six months’ office-based experience, with a genuine interest in building an HR career

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Clear, confident communication skills and a professional approach

• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a busy environment

• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
