Join Guildprime Specialist Contracts Ltd and work on prestigious high-end fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury residential, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors.
We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional projects in fast-paced, high-specification environments.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing valuations, cost reporting, forecasts and applications for payment
* Monitoring project budgets, variations and commercial performance
* Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
* Administering JCT contracts and assisting with final accounts
* Working closely with project, design, and site teams to drive commercial success
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' Quantity Surveying experience within construction or fit-out
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC desirable)
* Experience with valuations, variations and cost control
* Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Commercially aware, proactive and detail-focused
