Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a friendly primary school in the WF5 area for a supportive and enthusiastic Year 2 Teaching Assistant. This is an ongoing role starting in September, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing Key Stage 1 team.
The Role:
* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Working with small groups and individual pupils to strengthen learning
* Helping to maintain an organised classroom and prepare resources for lessons
* Provide support for pupils with a range of needs
* Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Be experienced within a Key Stage 1 setting
* Display a patient, caring and passionate attitude
* Be reliable, supportive and able to work successfully as part of a team
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
