### About the Role
We are currently recruiting Complex Carers in Wolverhampton to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex clinical needs. You will support with daily living and assist with specialist care routines, ensuring safety, dignity, and comfort at all times.
### Key Responsibilities
Deliver complex care in line with individual care plans and clinical instructions
Support individuals with specialist conditions including:
* Spinal injury
* Brain injury
Provide and monitor care related to respiratory support, including:
* Tracheostomy
* Ventilation
* Oxygen therapy
* Cough assist
* Suctioning
Assist with neurological and medical support, including:
* Seizures
Support with continence and health monitoring, including:
* Bowel management
Maintain accurate written records, including observations, daily logs, and incident reporting
Follow safe working practices, infection prevention and control procedures, and manual handling requirements
Work collaboratively with families, clinical teams, and colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care
### Candidate Requirements (Essential)
Minimum 12 months’ UK care experience
Completion of mandatory training
Experience with complex care needs (or demonstrated competence in the following areas):
* Spinal injury
* Brain injury
* Tracheostomy
* Bowel management
* Cough assist
* Seizures
* Ventilation
* Oxygen therapy
* Suctioning
Right to work in the UK
Able to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and nights where required)
