We are recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator to join an exciting and growing new build residential developer on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisation skills who enjoys helping customers and wants to develop within a supportive business that offers full training and clear progression opportunities.

The Role

As Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for homeowners following completion of their new property purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.

You’ll coordinate customer queries, manage aftercare requests, and work closely with internal teams and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for homeowner enquiries and aftercare requests

* Log and manage customer cases through internal systems

* Coordinate appointments with contractors and site teams

* Monitor progress and ensure timely resolution of customer issues

* Maintain accurate customer records and updates

* Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey

* Support customer satisfaction targets and service improvements

* Build strong working relationships across construction, sales, and technical teams

About You

* Previous experience in customer service, customer care, administration, housing, property, or coordination roles preferred

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads

* Confident using Microsoft Office and customer management systems

* Positive attitude with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

* Experience within construction or housebuilding is beneficial but not essential
