Location: Suffolk
Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-Time

The Role

As Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of residential developments from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects remain organised, compliant, and on schedule.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinating schedules, documentation, and site communications

* Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management teams

* Supporting the delivery of residential housing developments

* Managing reports, systems, and project administration

* Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date

* Assisting with customer and contractor queries

* Maintaining strong communication across multiple departments

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience within the housebuilding or construction industry is essential

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems

* Professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude

* Excellent attention to detail
