GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant for a full-time position in Lincoln. This role involves supporting students' learning and development from September onwards.
Responsibilities:
· Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
· Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
· Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
· Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapt teaching methods as necessary.
· Assist with administrative tasks and classroom organisation.
Requirements:
· Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· A compassionate and patient approach to working with students.
· Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.
