We are currently recruiting for three Part Time Senior Inclusion Support Workers to join a supportive and dedicated inclusion team.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with complex needs within a specialist resource provision. You will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can succeed and feel valued.

Working closely with teaching staff and other professionals, you will support pupils both academically and socially, helping them build confidence, independence and positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Support pupils with a range of additional needs

* Help create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment

* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals

* Support behaviour, engagement and wellbeing

* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and carers

* Are passionate about supporting children with SEND

* Are patient, caring and committed to inclusion

* Can work both independently and as part of a team

* Have strong communication skills

* Are adaptable, enthusiastic and motivated

* Have good literacy and numeracy skills

* Are committed to ongoing professional development
