Team Leader – Injection Moulding

An established and highly respected manufacturing business is looking to recruit an experienced Injection Moulding Team Leader to join its production facility in Maidstone.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on injection moulding professional who enjoys leading a team, improving manufacturing processes and driving high standards across safety, quality and production. You'll be joining a business that continues to invest in its people, technology and manufacturing capability, with a focus on employee well-being and sustainable manufacturing processes.

As Team Leader, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the injection moulding department, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and safety.
