Basic salary of £28,000 per year
On-target earnings up to £32,000 via upsell commission
Monday to Friday hours, 8:00am to 5:30pm, no weekends

Provide expert advice and personalised customer service for vehicle servicing and repairs
Manage service booking schedules to support efficient workshop workflow
Upsell additional services and repair work in line with customer needs

Maintain accurate customer records and update vehicle histories
Build strong customer relationships to support repeat business and loyalty as a Service AdvisorRequirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach
Ability to organise workload and manage multiple priorities efficiently
Working knowledge of automotive servicing procedures and processes
Professional presentation with strong attention to detail
