The Role - 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a Year 3 pupil with ASD, providing tailored support to help them engage with lessons and develop confidence within the classroom. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual support plans, encourage positive social interactions, and promote both academic and personal development. The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with SEN. Previous experience working with pupils with ASD is essential.
