PSR Solutions are recuiting for a Project Manager to work for a Civils contractor in London.

Responsible for delivering multiple civil engineering and infrastructure projects safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with clients, designers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery from design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects through all phases, from design and planning to handover and close-out.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, costs, and project performance, producing regular progress reports.
Develop and manage construction programmes, resources, procurement, and subcontractors.
Lead site meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants.
Identify and implement cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
Prepare estimates for variations and support tendering activities.
Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.Health, Safety & Environmental
Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture across all projects.
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
Manage risk assessments, method statements, environmental plans, and HSE reporting.
Deliver briefings, training, and toolbox talks to site teams and subcontractors.Quality
Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality assurance documentation.
Resolve technical queries and ensure completion of QA records.
Oversee the submission of as-built records and O&M manuals.Requirements
Proven project management experience within civil engineering, utilities, or infrastructure.
Strong understanding of NEC contracts, programme management, cost control, risk management, and CDM regulations.
Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
CSCS Manager Card, SMSTS, and NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 (or equivalent planning software).
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Desirable
CEng/MICE status.
Knowledge of JCT contracts.Benefits
