Our client, a well-established multi-site automotive retailer across Hampshire and the Southwest, is currently looking for a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their modern workshop in Southampton.

Monday to Friday only, 8:15 to 17:15

Carry out standard services and complex repairs in line with manufacturer technical specifications
Diagnose vehicle faults and issues using advanced diagnostic tools
Communicate clearly with customers regarding work required, ensuring satisfaction
Support and mentor less experienced colleagues
Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working environment as a Vehicle Technician
Attend regular technical training to keep skills currentRequirements:

Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ accreditation at Level 3 (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a franchise dealership or authorised workshop
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust through clear communication
Organised, proactive working style with the ability to meet deadlines
