Vehicle Maintenance Technician
Location: Fawley (On-Site Workshop)
Basic Salary: From £45,499 per annum

Are you a skilled vehicle maintenance professional looking to make a real impact? Our client, a leading energy provider, is hiring a Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team in Fawley. What you'll be doing:
* Servicing, repairing, and maintaining fleet vehicles, trailers, and workshop equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
* Diagnosing vehicle systems and implementing effective solutions with a safety-first approach.
* Supporting the team during busy periods, including scheduled overtime and on-call duties.
* Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

What you'll bring:
* Qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or proven industry experience.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, trailers, and workshop tools.
* Excellent diagnostic skills and a safety-conscious mindset.
* Good communication and organisational skills, with a team-oriented attitude.
* Desirable: HGV C licence and ADR certification (training support available).

Additional benefits include:
* £5,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 3 months).
* First-year on-target earnings of approximately £57,871, combining salary, overtime, bonus, and sign-on.
* Industry-leading training programmes, including LPG, IRTEC, and licence acquisition.

* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to buy extra leave.
