Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a supportive primary school environment?
We are currently recruiting for a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Lambeth (SW2), working within their High Needs ARP (Autism Resource Provision).
The Role
Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC) within a specialised ARP setting
Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
Assisting with EHCP targets, behaviour management and communication strategies
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver structured and engaging lessons
Helping to create a safe, consistent and nurturing environmentThe Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children with Autism / SEN (school or care setting)
Patient, empathetic and resilient with a proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needsWhat the School Offers
