Location: Poole, Bournemouth, & Dorchester
Rate: Day - £21, Night/Saturday - £27, and Sunday/BH - £30 per hour
Contract Length: Continuous
Schedule: Weekdays and Night (Monday–Friday)

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Band 5 RMN to join our team for a full-time continuous job across Poole, Bournemouth, & Dorchester. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stability, consistent hours, and a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
Managing patient assessments, care plans, and reviews
Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and psychologists
Administering medication and monitoring patient progress

Requirements:
Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
Previous experience working in mental health nursing (in a hospital or community setting is ideal)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule
