£30,000–£35,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business, is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Assurance & Quality Control Inspector to support operations across three production lines. This role is integral to maintaining product quality, improving processes, and ensuring a safe working environment.
You will take ownership of quality inspections, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with production and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections on finished goods and work-in-progress
• Identify defects, non-conformance, and reject unsuitable products
• Record findings accurately and maintain documentation
• Investigate issues and support root cause analysis
• Work collaboratively to implement corrective actions
• Monitor production standards and reduce waste
• Carry out audits and ensure compliance with procedures
• Promote a strong quality culture
Candidate requirements:
• Experience in QA, QC, or manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making confidence
• Effective problem-solving and analytical ability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organised with accurate record-keeping
• Awareness of health and safety in manufacturing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Hands-on and proactive approach
