Quality Control Inspector

£28,700 - £35,500 plus excellent benefits

Monday to Friday

Commutable from Pershore, Evesham and Worcester

An excellent opportunity to support a growing manufacturing business by maintaining the highest quality standards across its products. The role is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured and procured components meet specification requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct final inspections using a range of precision equipment

* Verify component and product conformity against engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer quality requirements.

* Prepare, complete, and support First Article Inspection documentation and reporting activities.

* Raise, investigate, and manage Non-Conformance Reports

* Maintain accurate inspection, testing, and calibration records in accordance with company procedures

* Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business, contributing to enhanced quality, efficiency, and operational performance

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Quality Inspector, Quality Technician, or similar quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.

* Proficient in the selection and use of precision measuring equipment, including verniers, height gauges, and multi-axis measurement arms.

* Strong ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, engineering specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

* Working knowledge of quality management systems and relevant standards, including ISO and AS requirements.

* Sound understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices within a manufacturing setting.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, customers, and suppliers.
