Location: Manchester, M14
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: For the full school year, and potentially Temporary to Permanent
Salary: MPS from day 1

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the M14 area of Manchester from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner with a strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum and the ability to support pupils in achieving their full potential during this important stage of their primary education. The role will initially be offered on a temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

* Proven experience teaching within Year 6

* Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and SATs preparation

* Excellent classroom management skills

* A commitment to raising attainment and pupil progress

* The ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
