Year 6 Teacher - Experienced Primary Practitioner**
Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated **Year 6 Teacher** to support a primary school seeking a strong classroom practitioner.
The school is looking for a teacher who can confidently prepare pupils for the transition to secondary school while maintaining an engaging, supportive, and positive learning environment.
This role would suit a teacher who enjoys helping pupils achieve their best during one of the most important years of their primary education.
**The Role:**
* Full classroom teaching responsibilities within Year 6
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum
* Preparing pupils for end-of-year assessments and secondary transition
* Monitoring attainment and implementing strategies to support progress
* Creating a positive and focused learning environment
* Working closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Has recent experience teaching within KS2
* Strong understanding of Year 6 expectations and curriculum requirements
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about raising attainment and pupil confidence
* Committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
