The Opportunity

As Legal Director / Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing an established and successful department. Managing a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, you will work closely with a broad client base while providing strategic direction and leadership to the wider team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring and developing the Commercial Property team
Managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial property work
Maintaining and strengthening key client relationships
Supporting and driving business development initiatives across the firm
Contributing to the department's growth strategy and long-term success
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to deliver exceptional client service
Supporting the development and progression of junior lawyers and team members
Playing an active role in the firm's wider leadership and management objectivesThis position offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future direction of the department while establishing yourself as a key member of the firm's senior leadership team.

About You
