We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant who is organised, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping administrative processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and related documentation.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
* Prepare customer updates and administrative reports.
* Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.
* Assist with invoicing and other routine administrative tasks.
* Ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately and maintained in line with company procedures.

We are looking for a reliable and organised individual with strong administrative skills and a positive, professional approach.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role or similar
* Experience dealing with customers, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Desirable Requirements
* Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management systems.
* Previous experience supporting sales or customer service functions.
* Knowledge of general business processes and administration.
