Senior Development Surveyor - Outside IR35

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Development Surveyor to join their team on a contract basis. This position involves managing and supporting land and property asset disposals, with a specific focus on development management within the highways sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing land and property disposal projects directly or through external agents
Conducting pre-disposal feasibility assessments
Supporting asset valuations and developmental land disposal activities
Ensuring effective development management across all assigned projects
Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project operations

Job Requirements:

Experience in development management, particularly in the highways sector
Proficiency in managing land and property disposal projects
Strong background in asset valuations and development land disposal
Valid category B driving licence for car use
Ability to commit to a hybrid working pattern, with in-office attendance in Winchester on Mondays

Contract Details:

Targeted Start Date: 20-07-2026
Duration: Initially 6 months, with possible extension
Hours: Up to 37 hours per week; part-time hours considered
