Role: Quality Control Operative

Location: Buntingford

Hours: Full time

Salary: £13.50-£14.00ph

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Quality Control Operative to join our clients successful team.

Duties of a Quality Control Operative:

Inspection of Production line and area - ensuring that visual and physical checks are completed and met to quality specs
Manual handling - moving and lifting materials into position safely as part of the process
Measuring and testing - using tools and gauges to verify dimensions
Defect identification - spot out damages and inconsistencies - report immediately
Following strict health and safety

What we would like from you:

Previous QC experience
Forklift (counterbalance) license and driving license for duties of the role
Previous use of hand tools and power tools
Hands on and manual work
Computer skills and background
