Quality Control Operative – Hereford
£12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Operative to join our team in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections on products throughout the production process.
Identify and report any defects or non-conformances.
Complete quality control documentation accurately and efficiently.
Ensure products meet company specifications and customer requirements.
Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards.
Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Assist with investigations into quality issues and support corrective actions.

Requirements:

Previous quality control or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Basic computer literacy.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
