- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise production techniques and workflows.

Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and supervisors.
- Knowledge/Expertise: Proven experience in setting and operating CNC lathes, specifically with Fanuc controls.
- Innovation: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Business Impact: Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components that meet industry standards.

Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely completion of machining tasks while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the shop floor
