We Are Zenith are working with a well-established manufacturing company who are looking for an experienced Machinist with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. If you take pride in producing high-quality precision components, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting up and operating manual machines to produce precision-engineered components

* Working from detailed technical drawings and specifications

* Measuring, inspecting, and ensuring components meet exact tolerances

* Adjusting machine settings and tooling to maintain quality and efficiency

* Carrying out basic machine maintenance and ensuring equipment is kept in good working order

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

* Collaborating with colleagues to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Machinist

* Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Competent using measuring equipment

* High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Competent using all types of timber, hardwood, softwood, sheet and melamine.

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30.
Overtime, including weekends and night shifts, may be required depending on workload and project deadlines.
