NRL are looking for a Receptionist/administrator on a large construction site in Sunderland.
Duties will include:
Reception duties including, greeting guests, co-ordinate meeting requirements, refreshments and ordering lunches etc.
Look after all meeting rooms, including booking and set up.
Create documents for colleagues and respond to telephone and email enquiries.
Co-ordinate and manage team diaries, organise schedules and office bookings.
Create and upload information onto internal our systems, and databases, and maintain an efficient filing system.
Complete general administrative tasks including filing, and photocopying as needed

An organized and effective planner with the ability to multitask.
An effective communicator with a positive, passionate, and engaging approach when supporting the business.
Able to work as part of a team, and independently
A problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions
Analytical with great attention to detail
Confident and demonstrate good customer service skills.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft office packages including excel.
