Genesys Cloud Engineer

I'm currently partnering with a leading organisation seeking a hands-on Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, deliver and support modern contact centre solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record designing and building Genesys Cloud Architect flows across voice, email and messaging channels
• Experience developing APIs and integrating third-party tools and services
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Knowledge of IP telephony, Genesys Cloud Edge devices and SIP trunking
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including analysing SIP traces
• Basic understanding of Terraform and Genesys CX as Code
• Experience with omnichannel contact centre solutions
• Knowledge of AI and automation capabilities within Genesys Cloud
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party systems
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and security best practices
