The Interim reward Manager will be responsible for:

Develop and manage the company's reward policies and procedures to ensure competitiveness within the market.
Analyse salary and benefits data to provide recommendations for improvement and alignment with industry standards.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement reward programmes effectively.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to compensation and benefits.
Provide guidance and support to employees on reward-related queries and issues.
Manage the annual salary review and bonus processes in line with company objectives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of reward programmes and suggest improvements where necessary.
Work closely with external consultants and vendors to deliver innovative reward solutions.Profile

A successful interim Reward Manager should have:

Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits frameworks, including market benchmarking.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and employee support.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in relevant HR systems and tools.Job Offer

Competitive day rate inside ir35 via Umbrella ranging from £400 to £500 a day
Interim contract for circa 6 months
