Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing documentation.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve manufacturability and operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement activities by applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
The Manufacturing Engineer will have:

Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, assembly, and testing processes.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the shop floor.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
