Oracle Fusion CX Consultant - Finland/Nordics Travel

Location: Finland/Nordics (Travel required 2-3 days per week initially, reducing over time)

We are supporting a Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultant.

The successful candidate will support the design, development and optimisation of Oracle CX solutions, including integrations, reporting and customer-facing processes.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a consultant on large-scale Oracle CX/CRM implementation projects
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end CX processes, including integration development
• Experience with Oracle CX reporting design and development
• Strong knowledge of CPQ and Eloqua processes within Oracle CX solutions
• Experience with customer-specific Customer Portal customisations
• Experience implementing Oracle CX configurations and system changes
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle CX solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• English language required
• Willingness to travel to Finland 2-3 days per week initially (reducing over time)
