Oracle EPM Lead - Finland/Nordics Travel

Location: Finland/Nordics (Travel required 2-3 days per week initially, reducing over time)

We are supporting a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Lead.

The successful candidate will lead EPM process design and delivery, supporting business transformation across financial planning, reporting and consolidation activities.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Financial Process Consultant on large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP or EPM implementation projects from design through to go-live
• 2+ years' experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant/Lead
• Strong end-to-end understanding of budgeting, forecasting, profitability calculations, reconciliations and group consolidation
• Experience with Oracle EPM modules, including configuration and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of chart of accounts design, legal entity structures and financial reporting processes
• Experience translating business requirements into EPM solution design
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams
• Experience with cross-module integration across Finance, HCM, Project Portfolio Management and EPM
• Strong understanding of period-close processes and month-end financial reconciliation
• Experience with Oracle EPM modules such as EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS and FCCS
• English language required
• Willingness to travel to Finland 2-3 days per week initially (reducing over time)
