This growing Maidstone-based training provider specialises in delivering high-quality, engaging training across the water and utilities sector, with a strong focus on Health & Safety and operational excellence. You will support the delivery of a range of water industry training programmes, covering areas such as water treatment processes, production, storage, and wider utilities operations.

You will also be responsible for developing and adapting training materials, assessing learners, and ensuring training meets both industry and awarding body standards.

The ideal candidate will live within commuting distance of Maidstone and have at least 2 years' experience within the water utilities sector. Full teaching and assessor training will be provided.

This is a genuine opportunity to step away from hands-on operational roles, gain variety in your working week, develop professionally, and build a long-term career with a forward-thinking training provider that values industry experience.
