The Opportunity
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you'll play an important role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing during some of the most important years of their lives.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's development
* Observing and assessing children's progress
* Building positive relationships with children and families
* Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
* Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and confidence
* Promoting safeguarding and high standards of care at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
* Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Has a genuine passion for early years education
* Understands the importance of play-based learning
* Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
* Demonstrates warmth, patience and professionalism
* Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child development
Paediatric First Aid would be advantageous but is not essential.
