* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance services.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

* Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on manager who leads from the front. You’ll be comfortable spending time on site, engaging with clients, supporting engineers, and ensuring a first-class service is delivered across the portfolio.

Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a genuine desire to drive high standards are essential.

Benefits

* Competitive salary of £42,000 - £45,000

* Performance-related bonus
