Full-Time
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner | Wood Street, Walthamstow (E17)

£30,804 - £31,844 per annum

What if you could work in a nursery that genuinely sees every child as an individual?

A nursery where children aren't expected to fit into a rigid approach.

A nursery where the team believes in adapting teaching to how children learn, rather than expecting children to learn in one particular way.

If that sounds like the type of environment you've been searching for, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Nursery

This well-established nursery in the heart of Walthamstow cares for approximately 90 children across four rooms and is supported by a dedicated team of 30 professionals.

The culture is built around something simple but powerful:

Support each other like family.

The team pride themselves on being open, respectful and collaborative. Everyone works together towards the same goal — helping children become confident, resilient and happy learners.

This is a nursery where relationships matter.

Children are known as individuals.

Families are valued partners.

And staff are genuinely supported to develop and grow.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team and help deliver exceptional early years education and care.

You'll play a key role in supporting children's learning and development whilst helping create the warm, nurturing environment that the nursery is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering engaging child-centred learning experiences

* Supporting children's individual development journeys

* Building strong relationships with children and families

* Completing observations and assessments

* Championing safeguarding and wellbeing

* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the nursery

Most importantly, you'll help ensure every child feels valued, supported and inspired to learn.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

* Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

* Has experience working within an early years setting

* Understands the EYFS Framework

* Is passionate about child-centred practice

* Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

* Brings warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm to their work

What You'll Receive

In return, you'll join a nursery that genuinely invests in its people.

Benefits include:

✔ Salary of £30,804 - £31,844 per annum

✔ Ongoing training, CPD and professional development

✔ Staff lunches provided

✔ Supportive leadership team

✔ Opportunities for progression and career growth

✔ Family-focused and collaborative culture

Join a Nursery That Puts Children First

If you're looking for more than just another nursery job and want to join a setting where children, families and staff are genuinely valued, we'd love to hear from you.
