We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery in East London seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join their welcoming and supportive team.

The Opportunity

Working with children aged 0-5 years, you'll play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.

You'll help create engaging learning experiences, build strong relationships with families and contribute to the high standards that have helped the nursery achieve its Outstanding reputation.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities

* Observing and assessing children's development

* Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and confidence

* Building positive partnerships with parents and carers

* Promoting safeguarding and child welfare at all times

* Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding practice

* Supporting a positive and nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a practitioner who:

* Holds a full and relevant Level 3 qualification

* Has at least 4 years' experience within an Early Years setting

* Holds a current Paediatric First Aid certificate

* Has strong safeguarding knowledge

* Demonstrates an excellent understanding of the EYFS

* Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

* Is reflective, proactive and committed to high standards
