Quality Officer

Location: Remote (occasional office travel to Canary Wharf office)

Salary: £42,935

We're looking for a detail-driven Quality Officer to join a high-performing team focused on improving service delivery and outcomes. You'll assess casework, analyse data, and provide insight that drives continuous improvement and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality assure casework and decisions against agreed standards
  • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
  • Produce clear recommendations to enhance performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
  • Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and frameworks

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Quality Assurance within complaints or customer service
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex data
  • Excellent attention to detail and decision-making ability
  • Confident communicator able to present insights clearly
  • Ability to manage workload and meet targets
  • Experience in housing or regulated environments is a plus
