Quality Officer
Location: Remote (occasional office travel to Canary Wharf office)
Salary: £42,935
We're looking for a detail-driven Quality Officer to join a high-performing team focused on improving service delivery and outcomes. You'll assess casework, analyse data, and provide insight that drives continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality assure casework and decisions against agreed standards
Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Produce clear recommendations to enhance performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and frameworks
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Quality Assurance within complaints or customer service
Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex data
Excellent attention to detail and decision-making ability
Confident communicator able to present insights clearly
Ability to manage workload and meet targets
💡 Experience in housing or regulated environments is a plus
