This is a highly visible role responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, and Supplier Collaboration. As a Head of Supply Chain, you will lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) process while ensuring operational execution remains aligned with business growth objectives, customer service targets, inventory strategy and cost optimisation goals.

Description

Lead the Supply Chain Planning function, ensuring optimal performance across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, production planning and supplier collaboration.
Own and continuously evolve the Integrated Business Planning (IBP/S&OP) process, driving alignment between Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain functions.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, customer service excellence, operational efficiency and working capital optimisation.
Drive demand and supply alignment, ensuring accurate forecasting, effective capacity planning and resilient supply strategies that balance service, cost and inventory objectives.
Lead medium and long-term planning activities, including scenario modelling, risk management, capacity planning and supply chain readiness for future growth.
Build strong relationships with key suppliers and manufacturing partners, driving performance, service levels, quality standards and operational excellence across the supply network.
Own key supply chain performance metrics, including OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory health, waste reduction, service levels and working capital performance.
Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems and ways of working to enhance supply chain capability, scalability and efficiency.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and effective management of risks, opportunities and trade-offs.
Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and data-driven decision making.Profile

A successful Head of Supply Chain should have:

Significant leadership experience within Food, FMCG or Consumer Goods supply chains.
Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain functions, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and supplier collaboration.
Demonstrated success leading and embedding a high-performing S&OP or IBP process.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning and supply network management.
Experience balancing customer service, inventory, cost and working capital objectives.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
Strong people leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
Commercially minded with the ability to translate business strategy into operational execution.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth and changing environments.Job Offer
