Our client is a long-established, family-owned business with a strong reputation for quality and engineering excellence, investing significantly in staff training and on-site facilities above the industry average.
What's on offer?
Full-time permanent position - after 3-month probationary period
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm - early finish on Fridays
£17.00 per hour
Overtime and bonuses available
33 days holiday per yearAs an Electrical Engineer, your duties will include:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery and production lines
Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults to minimise downtime
Maintaining PLCs, motors, drives, sensors and control panels
Supporting the installation and commissioning of new equipment
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and collaborating with production and mechanical teams to improve equipment reliabilityTo be considered as an Electrical Engineer, you will need:
SVQ3 and HNC in Electrical Engineering
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification and IPAF licence
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
