Electrical Engineer / Associate Electrical Engineer - UK - £75 per hour - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - 6-Month Contract
A leading engineering consultancy is looking to appoint Electrical Engineers and Associate Electrical Engineers to support major UK infrastructure and water sector projects within their Design & Advanced Technology team.
These roles focus on Electrical & ICA design delivery across complex multidisciplinary industrial and process engineering projects.
The work will involve producing, leading, and reviewing a range of technical electrical deliverables, including:
Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
MCC specifications
Load schedules
Control philosophies
Control network architecture
Wider electrical and ICA design documentation
Candidates should have strong experience within Electrical & ICA design across industrial or process engineering environments.
Experience in the following areas would be highly beneficial:
WIMES standards
DSEAR / ATEX installations
Earthing and bonding design
HAZOP participation
Electrical design software such as Trimble or Amtech
Previous water industry experience would be advantageous, although candidates from other process sectors will also be considered.
These are 6-month contract opportunities operating on a hybrid basis, typically involving 3 days per week in the office or on-site.
