Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils access the curriculum.
Working collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Pay Information
