Hays Education is urgently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of schools across Doncaster. This is your chance to make a lasting impact in the classroom and beyond.
🧩 What You'll Be Doing
Supporting students with SEN in their learning and personal development
Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual needs
Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, engaging classroom environments
Helping with classroom management and day-to-day tasks
✅ What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience preferred)
Background in healthcare, care homes, or youth work? That's a plus!
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable but not essential)💼 What You'll Get in Return
