An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a successful, growing organisation operating within a complex, project-driven environment.
This is a strategic HR leadership role, offering the opportunity to influence organisational performance, shape people strategy, and drive meaningful business change. Working closely with senior leaders, you will play a key role in developing leadership capability, strengthening talent pipelines, and embedding a high-performance culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on people, performance, and organisational matters.

Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, building capability and delivering high-quality HR support.

Design and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
*
Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
*
Lead organisational change, workforce planning, and transformation programmes.
*
Use data and insights to inform decision-making and influence stakeholders.
*
Support the development of a positive, values-led and high-performing culture.
*
Partner with leaders to enhance employee engagement, accountability, and organisational effectiveness.
About You

Proven experience operating at HR Business Partner level within a complex organisation.
*
Strong background in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
*
Demonstrable experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
*
Skilled at influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
*
Commercially aware, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
*
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business outcomes.
*
Experience leading and developing HR teams.
