Description
Provide expert advice to leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Support and coach managers on employee relations, including performance, discipline, and grievance matters
Analyse HR data (e.g. absence, turnover) and guide managers to take action based on trends and insights
Lead and support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and company policies, proactively managing risks
Support recruitment, employee development, training, and succession planning activities
Manage HR administration, reporting, data accuracy, and HR systems effectively
Promote employee wellbeing, equal opportunities, and effective performance management across the business
Uphold company values, health & safety standards, and contribute to a modern, efficient HR approach across sitesProfile
A successful HRBP should have:
A strong educational background in human resources, business management, or a related field in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
Have previously worked with Unions.
Proven experience in a similar HR business partner role within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience in talent management, employee relations, and organisational development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
